  4. The beneficiary submits a simple application form (offline) at the Gram Panchayat office along with basic documents.
  5. After verification, the first instalment is released to the beneficiary’s bank/account linked to Aadhaar.
  6. Subsequent instalments are released based on geo‑tagged progress reports of construction stages.
